Okay, so maybe Cisco shouldn't have expected Sirius to tell him
basically what chapter of which book he came from, but "looking for
some friends" is vague enough that Cisco can't really pinpoint it.
It's clear Sirius is young, pre-Azkaban, because he doesn't have any
of those rad prison tattoos (or were those only movie canon? Cisco
can't remember), but he could still be at Hogwarts maybe, or
he could be talking about James and Lily. Cisco figures it's pretty
rude to ask a virtual stranger deeply personal questions even if
Cisco's read all of those books a million times, so he doesn't press
for specifics.
"Yeah, Central City," he says instead, answering Sirius's question.
"Central City, Missouri. Smack in the middle of the Midwest," he
further explains, knowing that Sirius probably has no idea where any
of those things are. "Do you know Barry Allen?" he asks then, the idea
coming into his head.
