The next street is, in fact, Racine, and, as Matt hasn't directed him to make any turns, Cisco proceeds across it with Matt in tow. "Do you live on this street, or do I need to look for a turn?" he asks, knowing that Matt is more than able to lead him where they're going. Mostly Cisco just wants to remember the address. For future reference.
He wants to argue that the train is probably at least as safe as an Uber, but, unless metahumans are using taxis as a way to track down former employees of STAR Labs, he's probably wrong about that. And, on top of that, Cisco's not going to turn down an opportunity to see Matt's place, to spend even just a little more time with him, time alone.
