His voice is warm and welcoming and Matt reaches a hand out to take his. It's dry and warm and he can tell that Cisco is indeed used to working with tools. While he can't see him in a conventional sense, he gets a better sense of the man and yet again, Matt is glad that he'd sent that text in the first place.
